Use of the Service
GigGap provides analytics, tracking, and workflow tools for Fiverr sellers. You agree to use the service lawfully and only for legitimate business or personal use.
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Accounts and Access
Some features require an account. We may suspend or restrict access if there is suspected abuse, fraud, security risk, or violation of these terms.
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our negligence or security failure.
Subscriptions and Billing
Paid features are billed according to the pricing and billing period shown at checkout. By subscribing, you authorize the selected payment provider to charge your payment method.
Subscription access, renewal timing, and cancellations are managed through the billing platform and your GigGap account where applicable.
No Guarantee of Ranking Outcomes
GigGap provides data, benchmarks, and insights to support decision-making. We do not guarantee search ranking improvements, traffic increases, sales, or business outcomes.
Platform algorithms and marketplace conditions can change at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GigGap is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount paid by you to GigGap in the 12 months before the claim, where permitted by law.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of GigGap after updates become effective means you accept the revised terms.
