Refund Policy
This refund policy explains how GigGap handles subscription cancellations and refund requests.
Subscription Billing
GigGap subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected at checkout).
You may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation will stop the next billing cycle but does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period.
Refund Requests
If you believe you were charged in error or experienced a billing issue, contact us as soon as possible through the GigGap contact page with the email used for your subscription and a short description of the issue.
We review refund requests case by case and may issue refunds at our discretion where appropriate.
Non-Refundable Situations
Except where required by law, completed billing periods, partial use of a subscription period, and failure to cancel before renewal are generally non-refundable.
Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges
If you see a duplicate or unauthorized charge, contact us immediately. We will investigate and work with the payment provider to resolve the issue.
Policy Updates
We may update this refund policy from time to time to reflect product, billing, or legal changes. The latest version will always be published on this page.
